What This Privacy Policy Addresses

This policy addresses how Inbox (“Inbox”) treats personal information that Inbox collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Inbox and it's parent company's products and services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Inbox does not own or control, nor to people that Inbox does not employ or manage. Inbox links to many external sites. Inbox collects personal information when you register with Inbox for an account username/ID, when you use Inbox subscription products or services, when you visit certain Inbox pages and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. When you register for an account we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, and time zone. For some subscription products and services we may also ask for your mailing address and contact numbers. Once you register with Inbox and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Inbox may set and access Inbox cookies on your computer. Inbox will access Inbox cookies previously stored on your computer when on our network of web sites in order to provide you with the best most customized experience.


Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences



You can edit your Inbox Account Information at any time by logging into the members area. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Inbox service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the periodic Inbox Newsletter, that are considered part of your account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. You can submit a request to permanently delete your account by contacting us. Certain information will remain in our archives even after your account is deleted.

Confidentiality and Security

Inbox’s servers are monitored 24 hours a day by security guards and closed circuit video cameras. Only authorized users may enter the server area. Inbox limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs at the highest caliber level.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Inbox may periodically update this policy. Major updates will be complemented with prominent notice on our site noting that a change has occurred.
